Diamond coated silicon parts ? an innovation in micro-technology

Diamaze Microtechnology SA (DMT) is applying the newest methods in Diamond CVD technology. Thereby, the entire surface of the component is coated with an extremely hard, nano-crystalline diamond layer. An important advantage of this method is that nearly every component can be coated, regardless of its geometry. The diamond layer can be produced having a specified thickness between 1μm and 20μm.
